The Anchor Inn is a local gem, a country pub located on a the river Ouse in the Sussex. They have kayaking on the river and a good pub menu - we'd suggest you book and arrive early as it does get busy during the summer months. Based 7 miles from the campsite, its easily accessible from us and worth a visit.
Check in is from 2pm until 6pm (8pm on Friday).
