Select from a range of outdoor activities and hospitality, alongside magical camping experiences at our campsites provide lasting and invaluable corporate benefits. Our sites are set up with stretch tents, large open spaces and top facilities in stunning settings.
We can provide a central meeting area in a Tipi tent, fully equipped with tables and chairs and set up in theatre or board room style, or create an altogether less formal setting for group sessions. You can also stay overnight in our glamping style bell tents with a carpet and comfy beds.

Our sites cover National Parks, Rivers and Coastlines each with their own unique benefits and an incredible choice of outdoor activities tailored to meet your specific objectives.
Embers has fantastic venues for your event from overlooking the sea in the new forest, dragon race on the Thames at our Embers Henley site or use large open spaces for activities at our campsites based on large estates.
All sites have a large stretch tent with seating already set up, ready for use.
At Embers we care for the environment - we work in the outdoors everyday! With our sustainable partner, the Woodland Trust, trees are being planted and landscapes enhanced in the UK such that Embers is now a carbon positive brand. Visit us this summer to see how we do this!
Embers offers an array of accommodation options: choose from a selection of bell tents, premium bell tent, safari tents ; or get your group into teams to set up camp as a challenge.
We always want you to have a restful nights sleep whilst you stay at Embers during an event - with a full bedding set (duvet) and superior air beds (50cm off the ground), we're sure that you'll sleep well after you finish an active day with us.
Our Events have top rate facilities for those groups that are staying overnight at Embers. Hot piping showers, flushing loos and washing up facilities to suit all requirements on all of our sites.
We can set up any type of meeting area for your event from a formal area to rustic seating arena. Embers has stretch tents as standard on each site for upto 180 people in an outdoor setting. If you want break out areas, we have set up mini marquees.
A firm favourite are our pizzas, freshly made on site in our stone-fired ovens - a fantastic, cost-effective way to cater for your event.
Alternatively, we also offer an extensive bespoke menus on request.
