If you’re looking to secure your front row accommodation during the most elite weeks in the rowing season, look no further than our Embers Henley Pop-Up based opposite Temple Island on the same side as the main Henley Royal Regatta hospitality suites.
From June 17th-July 5th we will be offering bell tents with beds for hire, pitch your own tent and spaces for motorhomes with electric hook-ups.
Please note this pop-up will be a slightly different experience than our normal campsites.

If you're looking to make your booking as HASSLE FREE as possible we recommend booking our mattress and bedding option.
On site we will have: superior air beds, pillows, duvets, duvet covers and fitted sheets, we're sure that you'll sleep well after you finish an exciting day!
Bedding Hire £20/per night
Check In: 11am - 8pm however, if you are early are team will try their best to accommodate you.
Check Out: 10am every day with absolutely no exemptions.
Please note that Dogs are NOT PERMITTED on the site.

Can I bring my dog?
As much as we love dogs, sadly they are not permitted on site at any time.
What kind of camping can I book with Embers?
We are offering: Bell Tents for hire (with or without bedding), Camping Pitches, Motorhome Spaces with electric hook ups.
What time can I check in/check out?
Check in is from 11am-8pm, however if you are early our team will do their best to accommodate you.
Check out is 10am, with no exceptions.
Can I have a campfire?
No, as this is a Pop-Up event you will not be allowed a campfire or bbq of any kind.
Can I cancel my booking?
No, as this is a limited event we will not be allowing cancellations as spaces are limited.
